Hey Coach Ponyling!
I know after watching the video yesterday you probably have a big question about how to structure the offer…
And it is: What if my client wants to set the agenda? Doesn’t the Journey take that away from them?
Great question!
The 3 part journey we are taking your clients on is very high level.
Inner work + Design + Execution.
This means that here’s plenty of time for your clients to come to you with issues that arise within the structure you’ve created.
Within each step you’ll have multiple coaching sessions or program steps, so there will be flexibility for you to both hold the space for the journey as well as meet your clients where they are.
And if you are doing group coaching, you can allow the same if you have live sessions.
So the clients will still have flexibility to set the sessions and control the coaching.
But here’s what’s really important to understand if you want a real coaching business with many paying clients: Clients don’t want to buy “dancing in the moment” or “the answers are inside of you” - that only encourages them to say “Well then, why should I hire you if I’ve already got the answers?”
That’s easy to resist 😊.
The 3 part journey is there to help them understand how coaching works, and show them you know what you are talking about in your niche and that your work will HELP them get results.
This is the critical difference between school and real life.
In real life, people want to know what they are paying for!
So keep that in mind.
Finally, being able to explain coaching in a more tangible way makes you more confident, and your coaching more irresistible! It FEELS GOOD.
One last thing:
Stuck on what tools or exercises to include in your Journey? I understand!
Here's a list of non-specific niche ideas to help you flesh it out, but please bring all of your own experience to the table, and anything extra relevant to your specific niche:
"Where are you feeling resistance right now?"
"How does this align with your values?"
"What stories have you told yourself about this?"
"What obstacles are standing in your way?"
