Hey Coach Ponyling!I know this Bootcamp is intense but you are doing great!Today you get a mental break. Yay!I want you to allow your brain a moment to process everything that has happened so far, because it's a lot.So today I highly recommend taking a 30 minute walk, and just let your mind wander.
Here's why: Movement is an important business activity.It's counter-intuitive, but sometimes your biggest breakthroughs will come when you
aren't directly working on your business.
They'll often arrive when you are doing something completely random, ideally involving movement, which is why I want you to take a walk, or go for a swim, or do *something* that feels good in your body and lets your mind roam.

here.For me, I tend to think of the brain like a computer. We've spent a week stuffing your head with some new information and asking you to absorb and take action, and now it's time to let the computer process quietly in the background. 😊
